Temporary Assignment 3 months (with potential for extension)
We are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Operators to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Lisburn. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assembler looking for a day shift role with competitive pay and the possibility of longer-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
2. Monitor production processes and conduct quality checks.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
4. Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
6. Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles.
7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
8. Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.
9. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
