Job Opportunity: Client Services Manager
Our client is a leader in innovation with ambitious growth plans. They offer forward-thinking digital print services catering to a diverse customer base. Due to substantial growth, they are seeking a confident, dynamic, and self-motivated Client Services Manager to nurture key customer relationships and manage a team of account managers.
This role involves taking ownership of and managing the internal Client Services team, providing strategic support across various printed communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and possess strong analytical and leadership skills in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and service-oriented environment. This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone who enjoys engaging in projects while also handling strategic responsibilities.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience managing a small team
* Comprehensive understanding of print, project, and campaign management
* Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients, colleagues, internal departments, and suppliers
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to delegate, communicate clearly, lead by example, and develop team members
