We now have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Planning Program Manager to join our Network Planning and Capacity team. This role exists to lead and deliver high-impact, complex business change projects that drive workforce efficiency and long-term strategic growth for Ocado Logistics. Acting as a subject matter expert in workforce planning and network capacity, you’ll work cross-functionally to shape and implement initiatives that futureproof our operations.



You will be – Skills and responsibilities:

* Leading workforce planning and network capacity projects, defining major deliverables and managing change end-to-end.
* Building data-led business cases for transformation, using Excel/GSheets and SQL to derive insight and inform decision-making.
* Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Ocado Logistics and our partners.
* Managing project budgets and proactively addressing risks, issues, and changes to keep delivery on track.
* Championing continuous improvement and embedding best practice across workforce planning and capacity planning.


About you – Requirements to be considered:

To be successful as a Workforce Planning Program Manager, you’ll need to demonstrate:

* Deep expertise in workforce planning and/or network capacity management, ideally in logistics or large-scale operations.
* Strong analytical skills with proven use of Excel/GSheets and some working knowledge of SQL.
* Experience in driving complex, data-driven change projects from concept to implementation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – with confidence in presenting and influencing.
* A passion for continuous improvement and creating scalable, long-term workforce solutions.

Interview Process:

Our selection process typically involves two stages, with a potential third depending on the role.
