Overview
Bring your conveyancing skills into a role with purpose, variety and impact. Do you have conveyancing experience and want to apply your skills in a role that offers variety, challenge and the chance to make a difference? If so, we would love to hear from you. As a Conveyancing Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our Strategic Asset Management team, helping to deliver a busy programme of property disposals and acquisitions across our portfolio. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as external legal representatives, supporting matters such as the grant and reservation of rights and the implementation of covenants when disposing of Group assets. Day to day, you will help coordinate the internal conveyancing process from property selection through to post completion, supporting high volume disposals of void properties and other land holdings. You will liaise with solicitors, agents, valuers and lenders on a wide range of matters including easements, restrictions, charges, surplus land sales and deeds of variation. You will prepare legal packs, complete conveyancing protocol forms and respond to legal enquiries drawing on input from colleagues across the business. You will also carry out occasional site visits to assist with defining boundaries, establishing rights of way and clarifying responsibilities for shared services and amenities. It is a varied and rewarding role and you will be part of a friendly, supportive team working together to deliver important outcomes for the Group and the communities we serve.
