Admin and Sales Position Job Role and Description
LBC are looking for a friendly, Positive, well organised and confident individual to work alongside our small office team near Hatfield, Postcode AL9 7TS.
The position is office based and working from home is not an option as we value face to face interaction and team work.
The role is 40 hours per week and the basic rate of pay is £25,000-35,000 per anuum depending on previous experience.
The role will be full time Sales and Admin assistant 9am- 5pm
The majority of the role is a sales assistant, working along our head of sales to ensure that all enquiries are effectively processed and that all quoted work is thouroughly followed up.
The KPI's for this role will include response time, Conversion rate and Average Order Value.
This role would be suitable for someone with some sales experience and someone who is experienced in speaking with customers over the phone.
Key skills that will suit this role include, being proactive and able to work on own initiative, good organisational skills and an eye for detail as well as being confident and a good communicator.
You need to be confident at speaking on the phone and making multiple calls per day.
You will know you are doing a great job when our conversion rate of leads to jobs is increasing and more and more jobs are being won and booked in.
The job will include working from a dashboard of leads using Pipedrive to help keep all leads into the business organised and ensure all quoted work is followed up and booked in effectively.
The role will also include reaching out to potential new clients and contacting all entries in the LBC upsells whatsapp group. This may be by phone, email, social channels such as Linked in or by post. The role also includes marketing activities such as direct mail and posting letters to the neighbours of clients of up coming roof cleaning work.
Key skills that will suit this role include, flexibility, the ability to move from one role to the next without loosing enthusiasm. Sales skills will be required. Being highly organised and being able to use Pipedrive, pandadDoc and Gmail (Training will be provided) and an eye for detail as well as being confident and a good communicator.
The role will include weekly reporting on key metrics such as number of leads and conversion rate. You will need to liaise with our operations manager who will book in jobs that have been won.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensuring all quoted work is followed up by phone call within 24 hours of quote being sent
Keeping accurate records of details of leads at each stage in Pipedrive
Reporting weekly on key figures such as number of new leads in and conversion rate
* Marketing Activities such as using social media and web to build accurate detailed prospect lists, sending direct mail to prospects and nurturing them through each stage of the lead cycle.
