About the Role Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of skilled staff, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. You will encourage a collaborative team culture, deliver high-quality output, and help identify and resolve any production challenges. Salary: £40,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a production team. Foster a collaborative, accountable working environment. Oversee daily production operations and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor, measure, and report on KPIs. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or issues. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Schedule workloads to meet production targets. Conduct performance reviews and support team skill development. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership or production management role. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Great communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to drive a performance-focused culture. Excellent IT skills (production scheduling, reporting, etc.).
