Responsibilities
* Support control operators in leading transformational initiatives across multiple controls to manage risk, utilizing Agile methodologies and automated solutions.
* Ensure technology controls comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies.
* Implement initiatives to enhance controls sustainably, ensuring long-term organizational benefits.
* Establish and monitor key control indicators (KCIs) to evaluate risk mitigation effectiveness.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, Second/Third Line of Defense, and External Audit, to promote unified risk management.
* Utilize risk data to influence activity prioritization.
Requirements
* Proven track record of delivering sustainable outcomes in large organizations.
* Experience influencing C-suite executives and managing conflicting stakeholder opinions.
* Extensive experience in control design, implementation, and enhancement.
* Understanding of control operations, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating complex technology landscapes.
* Knowledge of enterprise risk management tools within financial services.
* Excellent project management skills, especially in leading large-scale initiatives.
