About the Role

This is a key leadership role where you will work closely with the Registered Manager and Head of Care to develop, implement, and oversee high-quality domiciliary care services.

You’ll play a central role in shaping service delivery, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and best practice standards.

* Oversee and audit care delivery to ensure compliance and excellence

* Manage, support, and supervise staff to maintain high performance

* Lead recruitment, induction, retention, and development of staff

* Assess individual care needs and oversee care planning documentation

* Liaise effectively with families, professionals, and external agencies

* Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974

* Handle complaints and safeguarding concerns in line with policy

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

* Experience in auditing and maintaining quality standards

* Proven ability in staff recruitment, development, and retention

* Sound knowledge of care legislation, safeguarding, and health & safety

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who can lead from the front—confident, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and stepping in when needed, including out-of-hours support.

What We Offer

* Competitive salary based on experience

* Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation

* Ongoing training and professional development

* A leadership role with real impact on service quality and outcomes

If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality care and ready to take on a leadership role that makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you
