CTRG are working in partnership with a leading soft furnishing recycling facility to recruit for a number of experienced Mattress Recycling Operatives to work at their site based in Riddings, near Alfreton.
Duties of the Role:
Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, the main duties of the role will include:
* Loading and unloading used mattresses on and off trailers by hand
* Sorting, stacking and bailing the mattresses for recycling
* Cutting and stripping of mattresses and their springs, using hand tools
This is a very fast-paced and physical job, and requires candidates who are comfortable with manual work and lifting loads of up to 25kg at a time.
Desirable Experience:
We are seeking candidates who have previous experience working in a physically demanding role, and who are committed and reliable.
