Position: Administrator
Location: Crowthorne
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
My client is a well-established business with a small, friendly team, and they’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and enjoys providing excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raising and managing service calls via phone and email
* Handling detailed client queries and providing accurate quotations
* Working with client portals and raising invoices
* Liaising with the scheduling team to meet SLAs
* Chasing outstanding parts and escalating operational issues when needed
* Collaborating with finance and other internal departments

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
