Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
As an Events Coordinator, you’ll be part of our dynamic Campaigns & Acquisition team, supporting the coordination and delivery of high-quality, on-brand events across the business. You’ll work closely with Event Managers, Business Development teams, and Partners to ensure seamless execution of both in-person and digital events.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating the full lifecycle of events, from kick-off to post-event debriefs.
2. Supporting “invite-only” and digital events across all Business Units.
3. Providing onsite support at events, including national travel.
4. Managing the IM Events Inbox and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Ordering branded merchandise and coordinating with suppliers.
6. Preparing delegate materials such as name badges and packs.
7. Ensuring brand alignment and fulfilment standards in collaboration with the Brand Team.
8. Compile and analyse event feedback, ensuring insights are shared with relevant teams to support ROI evaluation and future planning.
9. Sharing best practices and supporting Event Managers across Business Units.
10. Maintaining GDPR compliance in all event-related activities.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
11. Experience working in an events environment, ideally within professional services.
12. Strong organisational and planning skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
14. Experience with CRM platforms and marketing software.
15. Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
16. A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
