We are looking for a top Production Manager for one of our longest standing clients.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
* Supporting the company’s vision and process ideals.
* Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
* Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
* Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
* Promote manufacturing excellence and support manufacturing teams in achieving KPI Targets and maintenance routines.
Qualifications and Skills
* Print manufacturing knowledge including colour management.
* Ability to create a good plan and determination to accomplish goals
* The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions
* Commercial awareness and numeracy skills
* IT literacy
* The ability to manage change
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people
* Negotiation and analytical skills
* A positive attitude to continued learning.
