Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Human ResourcesConsultantto join our People Advisory service line where we support clients with customized, practical human resources solutions that help organizations grow and succeed. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of external clients, providing both ongoing and project-based HR consulting services tailored to each organization’s unique needs. This position offers hybrid flexibility, with an expectation of being in the office three days per week.
1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
2. Deliver high quality work and excellent HR Consulting services to our clients with respect to full scale HR includingand not limited to operational HR support, policy review and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation review and analysis (creating wage grids), provide health and safety support and legislative documentation
3. Assist in the development and provision of training to clients as required
4. Track expenses and time against project budgets
5. Participate in the proposal development process
6. Develop and prepare materials for external workshops, speaking engagements, and HR communications
7. Organize and facilitate meetings in person and virtually
8. Enter and maintain records relating to business development activities
9. Provide support to the People Advisory team as required
10. Demonstrate strong technical and professional knowledge and continuously strive to learn and develop
11. Remain current with developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge through research and professional development activities
12. Flexibility and ability to travel locally to client sites as needed

Yourexperience and education
19. You have a diploma or post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field
20. You hold, or are working toward, a CHRP or CHRL designation (considered an asset)
21. You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering a wide range of HR services
22. You have strong working knowledge of the Employment Standards Act, with familiarity in WSIB, labour relations, OHSA, and pay equity audits
23. You’re a proactive problem-solver who brings a client-first mindset and adapts quickly to changing needs
24. You communicate clearly—both in writing and in person—and tailor your approach to different audiences
25. You’re organized, able to manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
26. You’re open to local travel on an as-needed basis, recognizing it may occasionally be required to support client relationships or business needs
