We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a leading Social Housing company working across domestic properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with excellent company benefits and progression opportunities.
A company van and fuel card are provided for work use only.
The Role
Day-to-day duties will include:
1. Internal and external painting & decorating
2. Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding and making good
3. Responsive and planned maintenance works
4. Carrying out mould treatment and stain blocking works
5. Working within occupied and void social housing properties
6. Delivering high levels of customer service whilst working in tenants’ homes
7. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Requirements
8. Experience working as a Painter & Decorator
9. Experience within Social Housing or domestic properties preferred
10. C&G Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or Blue CSCS Card
11. Full UK Driving Licence (Auto or Manual)
