Customer Service Assistant – Pretty Salon
Pretty Salon is a leading salon furniture and interior design brand based in Leigh on Sea. We are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every client has a positive experience with us.
We are now looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone organised, reliable and keen to gain experience within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer emails promptly and professionally
– Handling customer queries such as:
* Order updates
* Customer complaints
– Recording all enquiries on our ticketing system to ensure each case is tracked and closed once resolved
– Communicating with overseas suppliers when required, ensuring clear and accurate information is shared
– Liaising with courier companies to track and resolve delivery issues
– Providing after-sales support to customers via email and social media channels
What we are looking for:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Good organisational skills and attention to detail
– Confident using email, basic computer systems and Excel
– Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
– A professional and polite approach when dealing with customers and suppliers
