Theyre looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive subscriber growth and loyalty.
What youll do
* Create and deliver subscription acquisition and retention campaigns
* Manage marketing across email, web, social, partnerships and events
* Use customer insight and data to identify growth opportunities
* Test new offers, messaging and targeting to maximise performance
* Work closely with editorial, publishing and commercial teams
About you
* Experience in subscription, DTC or recurring revenue marketing
* Strong campaign management and analytical skills
* Confident across email and digital channels
* Commercially minded, collaborative and driven by results
