What we expect
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Commercial team based in the Nottingham head office,reporting to the Head of Commercial.
As a Contracts Manager your day to day will include:
* Document management and organisation
* Contract management for service and project contracts, including project bookings – (document/information finalisation and management, programme of works, credit checks, company T&C’s vs customer T&C’s, liaising with financial and Operational teams)
* Review, negotiation and agreement of Terms and Conditions’
* Reviewing, negotiating and supporting finalisation of general legal and contractual documents
* Issuing of contract and project notices
* Supporting Operations in addressing site issues, claims and disputes
* Reviewing and agreeing Final Accounts
* Supporting with Debt Collection
* Supporting change orders and variation requests
* Management of upstream approvals
Who we are looking for
* Ideally, 3 years or more experience in a Quantity Surveying or similar Legal/Contractual capacity
* A minimum of a HNC in a relevant field
* Be a confident negotiator, with strong contract management skills
* Professional, motivated and looking to forge a career in a global leading company
* Strong skills using MS Office, databases, and eProcurement systems
* Consistently works to deadlines
* Strong organisational and people skills
* Highly motivated, reliable and hardworking
