Rate of pay: £16.36 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 15:30
Key responsibilities
* Manage a team of 4 to deliver busy breakfast and lunch service.
* Oversee all aspects of health & safety, quality, and achieving commercial targets.
* Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and timely service for up to approximately 180 covers per day.
* Deliver contract catering and canteen-style service.
* Support the Chef Manager with food production, menu writing, and developing innovative food ideas.
* Lead the kitchen in the Chef Manager’s absence.
* Maintain excellent cooking skills with attention to detail and presentation.
* Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills.
