Support Workers Wanted – Make a Meaningful Difference
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed Support Workers to join a dedicated care team supporting a bright and engaging young adult female with complex needs, living in a beautifully adapted home in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Our client has cerebral palsy and is a full-time wheelchair user. She is non-verbal and uses eye gaze technology to assist with communication. She requires 2:1 care during the day and 1:1 care overnight, and is fully dependent on others for all mobility, positioning, and personal care. Despite her physical challenges, she enjoys social interaction, time with her family, being outdoors, going to the park, and watching her favourite TV shows.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-supported team, working in partnership with the client's family, treating therapists, Case Manager, and Case Management Associate to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
