Purchasing & Production Coordinator My client is looking for a Purchasing & Production Coordinator to oversee procurement and support production operations. The role involves managing supplier relationships, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet production schedules.
Responsibilities
* Process purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
* Monitor stock levels and support re-ordering.
* Maintain accurate cost and pricing records in ERP.
* Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms and resolve issues.
* Communicate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
* Support administration of goods-in and supplier queries.
Qualifications
* Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
* Strong negotiation and supplier management ability.
* Knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
