Job Title: DV360 Specialist
Client Location: London - hybrid - 3 days onsite
Starting: ASAP
Salary/Pay Rate: £35.58 ph PAYE
Hours: Full-time; 40-hour week
Duration: until 5th June 2026
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow DV360 revenue through effective sales strategies and client engagement
* Manage and develop relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive business growth
* Analyse market trends and client needs to identify new opportunities for programmatic advertising
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised digital media solutions
* Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise results
* Navigate and influence within complex business environments, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Top 3 Hard Skills:
* Understanding of marketing and experience working with advertisers and/or agencies
* Business analysis
* Programmatic advertising
Top 3 Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to speak and write in English fluently
* Strong ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment, both internally and externally
Preferred:
* Years of experience: 5 years or more in media or agency services, with sales or client-facing experience
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
* Specific product knowledge: DV360, YouTube and Google Ads products
