LYNK has partnered with a UK-based Cyber Security and Managed Services provider to recruit a Business Development Manager. This is a hybrid, field-based role, ideal for someone based in Central Scotland or the North of England. Initially in-office on boarding (Stirling ideally) before moving into a field based role with minimal office visits due to sales activity.
The company is well-established and growing, operating with a relationship-first approach to business development. They generate work through networking, referrals, and warm introductions — not cold calls. This is a consultative sales role, suited to someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement and trusted conversations over traditional outbound tactics.
If you're confident selling services (not products), comfortable operating with autonomy, and enjoy building long-term relationships that turn into revenue, this could be a great next step.
