Clinical Nurse Specialist – Pain Management
Location: London – The Princess Grace Hospital
Employment: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities and Key Duties
* Take responsibility for both strategic and operational management of the Hospital pain services and patient experience.
* Work as an autonomous practitioner and effectively co‑ordinate and deliver an expert nursing service within the specialist area.
* Provide individualized pain management plans for all acute and chronic pain referrals within agreed protocols.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse – NMC Pin
* Experience managing complex and difficult emotional situations
* Knowledge of current clinical advances and pathways of care relevant to pain management specialty
* Experience as a non‑medical prescriber
* Higher degree (MSc) or equivalent specialising in Pain Management
* Extensive experience as Pain CNS within an acute and chronic pain setting, with ability to lead and deliver advanced, expert and specialist pain service tailored to individual patient needs.
