This is a rare opportunity to combine your passion for wine, flair for storytelling, and proven sales expertise within one of the industry’s most respected premium portfolios.
Working closely with our partners l’Art du Vin and reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building brand advocacy, winning new business, and driving growth across the Scottish On-Trade and Independent sectors.

The Role
As Sales & Brand Ambassador for Scotland, you will become the recognised face of our agency brands within the Scottish trade.
What You Will Be Doing (include but not limited to)
1. Drive brand visibility, distribution, and rate of sale across Scotland
2. Secure new listings and grow premium Independent on and off trade accounts
3. Work closely with l’Art du Vin to identify and deliver commercial opportunities
4. Build strong customer relationships and implement effective sales strategies
5. Champion brand stories through tastings, events, promotions, and activations
6. Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams on impactful campaigns
7. Create engaging social media and customer activation content
What we are looking for
8. Sales experience working in the premium wine industry or with luxury brands in Scotland
9. Strong knowledge of the Scottish On-Trade and Off-Trade landscape
10. WSET Level 2 or above
11. A full UK Driving Licence
12. Excellent understanding of wine, consumer trends, and competitor activity
13. A natural relationship builder and confident communicator
14. Comfortable hosting tastings, dinners, and customer events
15. Creative, proactive, resilient and highly organised
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Working Pattern
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm. However, given the nature of our clients in the hospitality sector, flexibility is essential – evening and occasional weekend work will be required to support customer needs, events and tastings. Some activities may also involve international travel, so a valid passport is necessary.
