We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is detail-orientated, has excellent communication skills, compassion for nervous patients and is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
What the role involves:
Duties:
* To work closely with the patient and clinician to ensure they have an excellent treatment journey.
* Be the first point of contact for new patient leads
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments
* Explain treatment options, costs, and payment plans to patients
* Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
* Provide competent support in the treatment selling process: from an initial patient consultation and presentation of treatment options and payment plans to organising appointments and patient finance
* Ideally have a nursing background.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fully private practice.

* Passion for continuous learning and development
* Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

* Focused on attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in using office software and computer systems
