About the Role To support our ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, business development, and cultivating new business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Acquisition: • Identify and target potential members. • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers. • Conduct sales presentations, events, and meetings with prospective clients. • Achieve new customers sales targets and KPIs. Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. • Act as the main point of contact for new customer inquiries and partnerships. • Develop and implement initiatives to encourage existing customers engagement. Marketing and Outreach: • Collaborate with the director to develop and execute promotional campaigns. • Represent business at industry events and networking functions. • Develop partnerships with local businesses, wholesales and distributor to increase brand visibility. Proven experience in business development and generating new opportunities. Strong understanding of the small business and entrepreneurial landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Smart appearance with a strong personal brand. Proficiency in latest software (food related) and Office 365.
