Restaurant Manager - Michelin Star Restaurant
Location: Yorkshire
Full-Time | £40,000 basic plus overtime at £15.38 per hour plus service charge of approximately £6k per annum. Total package of approx. £50/£60k

About the Restaurant:
Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, you'll be joining a passionate team on an ambitious journey toward earning a second Michelin star. This restaurant is celebrated for its seasonal tasting menus, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to the guest experience. The Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences across a 45-cover restaurant. You will work closely with the Chef Patron and Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and lead, mentor, and motivate a team of passionate professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all front-of-house operations
* Deliver and maintain world-class service standards in line with Michelin expectations
* Lead, train, and inspire FOH staff to exceed guest expectations
* Oversee reservations, guest relations, and dining room logistics
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure flawless service flow
* Monitor inventory, budgets, and cost controls
* Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a Michelin-starred environment.
* Assistant Restaurant Manager's will be considered who are looking to step up.
* Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Confident and calm under pressure with meticulous attention to detail
* A passion for food, wine, and the art of hospitality
* Flexible schedule, with the restaurant being closed on Tuesday and Wednesday as well as Monday and Thursday lunch times.
