About the Opportunity;
My client, a fast paced, exciting consumer organisation are looking to recruit a confident, organised, and people-focused individual to join their HR team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Following a recent business expansion, they are looking for a temporary co-ordinator who can hit the ground running to support our HR and Talent Acquisition functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
The Role;
You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their HR and recruitment activities, including:
* Recruitment Support: Coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
* Onboarding: Helping to deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new starters, including document preparation, system setup, and welcome communications.
* HRIS Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting data entry and reporting within our HR systems.
* Project Support: Assisting with various HR and recruitment projects linked to our expansion, including international coordination.
* General HR Admin: Providing high-quality administrative support across the team, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in everything you do.
Ideal Candidate Experience;
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A confident communicator – happy to pick up the phone and build relationships
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative
* Tech-savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally HR systems
* Experienced in HR or recruitment (preferred but not essential – we value attitude and adaptability!)
