Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator
Location: Offshore Windfarm Pre-Assembly Site
Start: ASAP
Our Client is looking for an experienced PTW Coordinator to oversee permit control and safe work systems on a major offshore wind pre-assembly project.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the site’s Permit to Work (PTW) system
* Review and issue permits (lifting, electrical, hot works, confined space, SIMOPS)
* Lead daily PTW coordination meetings and manage contractor interfaces
* Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and site HSE procedures
* Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting
* Deliver PTW inductions and toolbox talks as needed
Requirements
Essential:
* Experience as PTW Coordinator or Control of Work Lead on large construction/marine projects
* Knowledge of CDM regulations, SIMOPS, isolations, and contractor coordination
* Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
* NEBOSH (General or Construction)
* Offshore wind or marine/heavy lift experience
