Multiskilled Engineer Yolk Recruitment is actively working with a leading manufacturer near Talbot Green. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth, with investment planned for 2026-and they're now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work on a permanent Nights Shift Pattern As a Multiskilled Engineer, this is what you'll be doing: You'll be part of an established engineering team, working a nights shift Sunday-Thursday-supporting a fast-paced production environment with a range of specialist machinery. Tasks will include: Maintaining and repairing equipment in line with schedules and specifications to maximise reliability and minimise downtime, including testing, fault finding and repairs. Identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long-term fixes through root cause analysis. Ensuring all tools and repair equipment are maintained and fit for purpose. Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. The experience you will bring to the team: Ideally qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HNC equivalent. A time-served, apprentice-trained Multiskilled Engineer is essential.
