Our client is an established organisation seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team based in central Leeds.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with front of house reception experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
The Role:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
2. Coordinating events.
3. Maintaining the reception area.
4. Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring catering and refreshments are of high standard.
5. Managing incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
6. Completing health and safety paperwork and procedures.
7. Liaising with security and workplace staff for smooth operations.
8. Receiving training in fire marshal and first aid duties.
9. Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
* Experience in a reception role, preferably within professional services.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
