As a Nursery Assistant, you will support qualified practitioners with daily routines, activities and general care, ensuring each child feels supported and encouraged throughout the day.
The successful Nursery Assistant will:
Have a caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Enjoy working with young children in a team environment
Have previous childcare or nursery experience (desirable but not essential)
Hold a childcare qualification (beneficial but not required)
Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
Be reliable, flexible and committed
The role:
Based in Braintree
Supporting children with play, learning and personal care
Assisting with daily activities and routines
Helping to maintain a safe and clean nursery environment
Building positive relationships with children and staff
