Responsibilities
* Provide personal care support, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and toileting
* Assist service users with mobility, transfers, and safe movement within the home
* Support medication administration in line with training and care plans
* Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in health conditions
* Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required
* Offer emotional support to service users and their families
* Encourage independence, daily routines, and social engagement

Requirements
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care delivery
* Good verbal and written English communication skills
