We’re Hiring! – ISO Management Systems Auditor
£40,000–£50,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
Field-Based + Remote | UK-Wide
Functio is a small, family‑run and friendly business, and we’re growing! We’re looking for an experienced ISO Auditor who values integrity, continuous improvement, and meaningful client relationships.
You’ll work with a variety of clients across the UK, helping them develop safer, stronger, and more effective management systems. This role includes on‑site audits, remote reporting, and flexible home working. Full training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards and auditing practices.
* Work flexibly with a mix of on‑site visits and remote reporting.
Qualifications
* Qualified Internal or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/27001/45001).
* Experience in management systems or ISO auditing.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays).
* Ability to work independently and manage primarily regional travel (~60 miles), with occasional national travel.
* Understanding of UKAS/certification body requirements.
What We Offer
* £40–50k salary depending on experience.
