We are working together in the recruitment of an Experienced Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner & Manager. Our client is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor or Fee Earner to lead and manage its dynamic property department. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a busy team of conveyancers while actively contributing to the firm’s success through hands-on casework. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the property department, including leading a team of conveyancers. * Handle a personal caseload, demonstrating the ability to be a ‘self-producer’ while maintaining high standards of service. * Ensure the efficient progression of property transactions and adherence to legal regulations. Ideal Candidate Profile: * A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in property law. * Proven experience in managing and progressing personal caseloads with minimal supervision. * Strong leadership skills with the capability to effectively manage and support a team of conveyancers. * Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services. * This position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in a reputable practice that values community engagement and professional excellence.
