They are now seeking a committed and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. About the Role: As a HLTA, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum. Your focus will be to provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups, helping to ensure all children make progress and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Support class teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons Provide 1:1 and small group support, both within the classroom and in intervention sessions Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and social development Assist with planning, resource preparation, and tracking pupil progress Deliver targeted interventions for students with additional learning needs Maintain effective communication with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a HLTA role or equivalent A strong understanding of how to support pupils with diverse needs Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills A genuine passion for helping children succeed academically and emotionally Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
