As the HR Business Partner you will work as part of a closely-knit HR team, providing high quality HR advice and guidance to the Senior Management Team and managers across the business. Working as part of the HR team you will support in the delivery of a number of strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a full generalist HR and People Support Service to specific business areas.
2. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and the wider People team to deliver proactive, commercial and value adding People support to the organisation, driving engagement and motivation to improve performance and grow talent across the business.
3. Advise line managers on all employee relations including absence, performance and discipline & grievances
4. Support management with PIPs to drive a high performing culture
5. Work with the wider HR team to support with more ad hoc HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, team restructures etc
