Electrical Supervisor

FM Search & Select are recruiting on behalf of a national facilities management provider for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance across multiple local sites in and around Falkirk.
This is a mobile supervisory role, responsible for leading maintenance teams, coordinating works across several sites, and ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery.
The Role
*
Supervise electrical maintenance activities across multiple commercial sites
*
Lead and support on-site engineers carrying out PPMs and reactive works
*
Plan and allocate work to ensure efficient coverage across sites
*
Act as the main electrical and supervisory point of contact
*
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, permits, and H&S procedures
*
Manage subcontractors where required
*
Complete reports, documentation, and compliance records
The Ideal Candidate
*
Fully qualified electrician
*
Proven supervisory experience within a maintenance environment
*
Experience working across multiple sites
*
Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding background
*
Confident leading teams and managing workloads
*
Good communication and organisational skills
*
Full UK driving licence
