About the Role In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include: Handling incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms Accurately identifying Volkswagen parts to meet customer requirements Using product promotions effectively to achieve set targets Maximising upsell opportunities to grow overall sales performance Keeping your product knowledge up to date through training, bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, and recall information You’ll be representing a brand with a rich heritage and a loyal customer base, so attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service are essential.
