As Hospitality Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the guest journey, ensuring every detail reflects quality, care, and professionalism. You’ll also support the General Manager and step into a site-wide leadership role when required.

* Support the General Manager in overall site leadership and performance.
* Drive innovation across food and service offerings.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in hospitality management, ideally within the Contract Catering B&I sector or a high-end Hotel F&B environment.
* In-depth knowledge of hospitality principles, service standards, and guest relations.
* Calm, adaptable, solutions-focused— hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.
* Detail-oriented & standards driven with a commitment to delivering flawless service.
* Inspirational leadership, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Skilled at building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
