The Civil Litigation Team
Property Litigation is part of our wider Civil Litigation team. You will work alongside Partners Kevin Morgan and Kirsten Bridgewater and other fee earning and support colleagues at our Worcester office. Our Civil Litigation team operates from mfg’s Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Worcester and Birmingham offices.
Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by…
managing a caseload including but not limited to commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and land ownership disputes, trespass & nuisance, building contracts and negligence, party wall and environmental, both in the civil courts and the Lands Tribunal, ensuring excellent client service at all times.
Further responsibilities
* Managing capacity levels and working towards achieving monthly targets.
* Understanding and adhering to regulatory rules and regulations.
* Working within a case management system.
* Keeping abreast of changes in law and regulations, ensuring that all processes adhere to current best practice, standards and legal requirements.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client interactions.
Requirements
* Qualified in handling a range of Property Litigation matters.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
