Job Title: Relief Dispensary Assistant
Location: Matlock, Chesterfield and Mansfield area
Salary: £12.72 + £1 per hour
Working Pattern:
1. Full Time: Monday–Friday, (40 hours)
2. Part Time: 4 hours per week on a Saturday

3. Full Time – 40 hours per week
4. Part Time – 4 hours per week

About the Role
5. Provide a friendly, confidential, and professional service to all pharmacy customers, ensuring a positive experience every time.
6. Accurately dispense prescriptions in a timely manner, supporting safe and efficient patient care.
7. Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming pharmacy environment that reflects high professional standards.
8. Monitor and manage stock levels effectively, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and supply issues managed proactively.
9. Support the team with essential dispensary administrative tasks, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
10. Follow company procedures and comply with all health, safety, legal, and ethical standards to ensure the highest level of care and compliance.
The role will support cover for holidays and sickness across the area.

12. NVQ Level 2/3 in Pharmacy Services.
13. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
14. A dependable and positive team player who supports colleagues and patients alike.
15. A full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
