Position
To support on a range of back-office pre- and post-construction project tasks in line with Stark Works and Stark Infra’s multi-utility project delivery processes, ensuring reporting and communication with clients and other stakeholders are maintained to a high service level. This role is involved throughout the lifecycle of a project, from accepting the project handover from Technical Solutions through to project completion and adoption.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Initiate and manage the land rights process and ensuring best-in-class SLAs are maintained.
* Liaising with clients and contractors to gain all project information requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Supporting handover meetings between technical solution team members and operational project managers, ensuring project plan requirements are correctly documented.
* Ensure MPxN requests and creation are completed within best-in-class SLAs.
* Update internal and industry databases for assets installed.
* Managing mailbox queries and making database updates accurately and within SLAs.
* Getting involved in different areas of the department to provide support when people is absent.
* Participate in regular training/learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
* Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices.
* Any other reasonable duties as required.
Requirements
Technical Skills & Knowledge

* Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
* Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases.
