My client is seeking a proactive and detail focused Contract Administrator to join their Service Team.
Your new role
1. Set up all contract documentation in customer file structures
2. Manage renewal contract pricing across all regions for add ons
3. Ensure all renewal quotes are produced accurately and on time
4. Oversee document change control - contracts only
5. Produce the Daily Escalation Report for outstanding contract or 3rd‑party issues
6. Manage the Lost & Won spreadsheet
7. Support ACMs with quotations for add ons
8. Assist with the service handover document for the team
9. Provide consistent support andmunication to clients and internal departments
10. Handle customerplaints or escalations related to contracts
11. Ensure all procedures andpany standards are always followed
12. Monitor the performance of 3rd parties and LSPs
13. Define contractual obligations for LSPs & 3rd parties
14. Invoicing of contractual items
15. Attend internal/external meetings and training as required
16. Carry out any additional duties requested by the Manager
