Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant Location: Newbury, Berkshire Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 performance-based bonuses A prestigious fine dining restaurant in Newbury seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The Role Oversee daily front-of-house operations and a team of 14, including bar staff and a sommelier. Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Ensure seamless coordination between food and beverage service. Implement efficient reservation and guest flow systems (Seven Rooms/Resdiary). Uphold high service, hygiene, and safety standards. Deputise for the General Manager when required. What We’re Looking For Experience in a Rosette or Michelin-starred fine dining environment. Strong leadership and operational management skills.
