Our services are placements for adults with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Overview of the responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, management, and clear direction in delivery of all services within your defined area(s) of responsibility
* You will work alongside the Heads of departments within the organisation, supporting with the strategic overview and direction of the services
* You will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the organisational overall aims and objectives/targets
* Evaluate the outcomes of the people supported and make amendments as required, alongside the Area Manager and PBS Lead
* You will lead, direct and support Team Leaders and Support Workers and other colleagues to provide and maintain the highest quality service
* You will be accountable for all contractual regulations to ensure that all compliance is fully met, and robust quality assurance measures are monitored across the service
* This role will require the individual to be based within the services the majority of the week ensuring compliance and oversight is at the forefront
* You will lead, direct and support Team Leaders and Support Workers and other colleagues to provide and maintain the highest quality service
* Working closely with local authority on referrals and ongoing client engagement
The Service Manager must have
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred) or willing to work towards
* Prior experience as a manager within health and social care in required
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
* Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person centred care
