This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity for Life Sciences Contractor Recruiters who want more control, more flexibility, and significantly more upside.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Building and growing your own contract desk within Life Sciences
• Developing client relationships and winning new contract business
• Managing the recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
• Focussing on high-value activity (not admin—we’ve taken care of that)

What You Bring
• 2+ years’ agency experience in Life Sciences contract recruitment
• A track record of billing and winning new contractor clients
• Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills
• An existing contractor network and a clear market focus
• Confidence in generating and forecasting contractor revenue
• An entrepreneurial mindset
