Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Controller:
3. Support and oversee Payroll team
4. Checking calculations and input
5. Support Payroll Manager with the submission of HMRC RTI reporting
6. To produce and reconcile reports at the end of each payroll period for stakeholders.
7. To complete P11D reporting and childcare vouchers
8. Creating and sending BACS files
9. Importing new starters to the payroll
10. Importing salary and cash allowances, and reconciling values with Human Resources reports
11. Reconciling PAYE and completing payment paperwork
12. Supporting and train team
The Successful Applicant
A Successful candidate for the Payroll Controller:
13. Extensive Payroll experience (Essential)
14. Experience supporting a team (ideally supervised a Payroll team)
