As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will manage a caseload of residential and commercial matters, ensuring you meet targets and business KPIs and SLAs. Role Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential and commercial sales, purchases, and remortgages, ensuring all activity is completed in line with deadlines and quality standards. Achieve individual targets, including the set number of completions per month. Attend training sessions, 121s, performance reviews, and team meetings. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Work closely with solicitors, professional organisations, and other stakeholders. Keep clients and panel members updated on case progress. Meet the SLAs and requirements of external referrers. Use the firm's bespoke case management system in accordance with company protocols. Act as a role model for colleagues in file management, behaviour, and work ethics. Provide exceptional client care and service at all times. Carry out other tasks as required by senior management. While the role is within the Commercial Property Department, there may be opportunities to work across other areas of the business as required. Who are we looking for? Minimum of 2 years' experience in a prior conveyancing fee earner role (all experience levels considered). Strong time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. A track record of meeting individual targets, business KPIs, and SLAs. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and client care skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to think creatively. A modern approach to conveyancing, with a proactive and risk-based mindset. Proficiency in case management systems, Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT, and other relevant technologies. Knowledge of compliance requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations, CQS requirements, and SRA obligations.
