We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team, supporting the Tayside and Perthshire Solicitors Property Centres (TSPC & PSPC) on an 11-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

PSPC offers the same trusted service in Perthshire, with 13 member firms delivering expert guidance and support throughout the buying and selling process. Together, we provide a comprehensive range of estate agency, legal, and conveyancing services - ensuring clients benefit from local knowledge, professional expertise, and a seamless property experience.
The Role:
We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team as a maternity cover. This is a diverse and dynamic entry-level role with responsibilities spanning sales, marketing, customer service, and day-to-day office operations. If you love property, are confident with social media, and enjoy juggling tasks that range from liaising with clients to creating content, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Selling property portal services (e.g. website advertising space, property listing packs) and tracking sales performance.
* Creating artwork for advertisers when required using tools like Canva.
* Supporting with marketing activities including social media content and newsletters.
* Participating in video content creation.
* Liaising with member firms.
* Managing mortgage and valuation leads and partnerships.
* Handling reception, customer enquiries, and day-to-day office coordination.
* Assisting with accounts, invoicing, and internal reporting.
